Terms and Conditions

This agreement is a contract between you and SNPhA and governs your use of all services. Using these services means that you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, which includes the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Physical Goods Policy. You should read all of these terms carefully before using snpha.org.

Refund Policy

Memberships may be cancelled for a full refund by written email to contact@snpha.org or letter to PO Box 2142 West Monroe, LA 71294 within 30 days of registration. Refunds for memberships will be issued to the individual or chapter who paid for the membership, which may or may not be the member. Physical goods may be returned unopened and unused within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees for solid goods will not be refunded. Shipping fees for free health fair supplies (i.e. blood pressure cuffs) will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

Membership Information
Membership information is collected during the registration process. This information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent, with the following exceptions: (1) your membership information may be disclosed to your chapter president, chapter advisor, or their designees to identify you as an active member and contribute to your chapter roster, (2) chapter officers may be included in a directory to be used for collaborations between chapters, and (3) de-identified statistics, such as the number of active chapters in each chapter, may be published. Also, we may request your consent to disclose your information if you apply for a scholarship or enroll in a competition. We will tell you the exact details of the disclosure during the application process. Financial information will never be disclosed, except as required by law.

Payment Information
Any information collected for the sole purpose of processing a payment (i.e., billing address, credit card information, transaction details) will never be disclosed without your explicit consent, except as reqired by law.

Browser Cookies
The website uses cookies only for necessary communications, such as user sign-in and authentication. These are all temporary cookies generated by snpha.org. No tracking cookies or third-party cookies are used.

Changes to Privacy Policy
If SNPhA changes this privacy policy, the updated policy will be posted on www.snpha.org, and all users will be notified upon their next sign-in on the website. Concerns about this privacy policy may be addressed to contact@snpha.org.

Physical Goods Policy

Only online payments are accepted for physical goods; no checks or mail payments can be accepted. Physical products are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. If SNPhA anticipates any delays in shipping, the user will be notified by email. Questions about shipping or the status of a physical product may be addressed to contact@snpha.org.
