Dr. Robbie Christian is a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Resident at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and Pharmacy Practice Resident graduate from the Miami VA Healthcare system. Robbie earned her doctorate of pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), School of Pharmacy in Bradenton, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Toledo (UT), receiving her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her dedication and love for SNPhA has been apparent since undergrad. She served two terms as treasurer at UT and went on to become a founding member, bylaw author, and inaugural chapter president of LECOM’s chapter. Robbie’s enthusiasm and devotion to SNPhA, yielded the nomination for the JB Hills chapter president of the year award in 2014 as well as best small chapter nomination. While Robbie has been involved in multiple organizations, it is very clear that SNPhA complements her need to serve the indigent population and promote diversity within the profession of pharmacy.
Nationally, Robbie served SNPhA as the Vice President and Executive Consultant. She is extremely excited to continue working with chapters and the national board as they remember there is Strength in Purpose. The reason behind what is done in SNPhA has to remain relevant and the chapter leadership puts this in perspective each year. Robbie’s goal is to help more chapters develop in SNPhA, nationally offer more resources, and increase new practioners transitioning to the National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA) upon graduation.
In her spare time, Robbie enjoys playing spades, spending quality time with her dog Stormy, watching NBA games (Go CAVS!), traveling, and catching up with friends and family.
