Dr. Robbie Christian is a PGY-1 Resident at the Miami VA Healthcare System and recent graduatefrom Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Pharmacy in Bradenton, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Toledo (UT), receiving her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her dedication and love for SNPhA has been apparent since undergrad. She served two terms as treasurer at UT and went on to become a founding member, bylaw author, and inaugural president for LECOM’s chapter. Robbie’s enthusiasm and devotion to SNPhA, yielded the nomination for the JB Hills chapter president of the year award in 2014. While Robbie has been involved in multiple organizations, it is very clear that SNPhA complements Robbie’s need to serve the indigent population and promote diversity within the healthcare system.
Nationally, Robbie served SNPhA as the Vice President, encouraging us to embrace change. She worked with Kroger and Wolters Kluwer in preparation for the clinical skills competition. Robbie recognizes that an organization is stronger when linked together and is excited to help connect the P.I.E.C.E.S this year as an executive consultant. She looks forward to meeting more SNPhAM and watching the growth of each individual chapter.
In her spare time, Robbie enjoys playing spades, spending quality time with her dog Stormy, watching NBA games (Go CAVS!), traveling, and catching up with friends and family.
